Rooted in Odia values, culture, and unity, the Sanstha works to uplift women living away from their homeland by providing a platform for self-expression, education, skill development, and social participation.
We believe that when women are empowered with confidence and opportunities, families strengthen and society progresses.
Our organization actively works in the areas of women empowerment, social awareness, education, cultural preservation, and community development.
