Utkal Mahila Seva Sanstha is a women-led grassroots organization committed to empowering Odia women and uplifting underserved communities through sustainable and inclusive development initiatives.
​Founded in 2022 in Vasai, the organization is driven by a dedicated group of Odia women who deeply understand local challenges. We work at the ground level to create meaningful and long-term social impact by enabling women to become self-reliant, skilled, and confident.
