Utkal Mahila Seva Sanstha is a women-led social organization established in 2022 with the aim of empowering women socially, culturally, and economically.
Rooted in Odia values, culture, and unity, the Sanstha works to uplift women living away from their homeland by providing a platform for self-expression, education, skill development, and social participation.
We believe that when women are empowered with confidence and opportunities, families strengthen and society progresses.
Our organization actively works in the areas of women empowerment, social awareness, education, cultural preservation, and community development.
Through cultural programs, awareness initiatives, training activities, and social service efforts, we strive to build confident, self-reliant women who proudly carry their identity while contributing positively to society.

3. Core Focus Areas
Women Empowerment & Skill Development: We conduct training programs in tailoring, food processing, handicrafts, and micro-enterprise development to enable financial independence.
Livelihood & Self-Help Groups (SHGs): Formation and strengthening of SHGs to encourage savings, micro-financing, and small business initiatives.
Health & Hygiene Awareness: Awareness campaigns on menstrual hygiene, nutrition, sanitation, and preventive healthcare for women and families.
Education Support: Providing educational support, learning materials, and awareness programs for girl child education.
