A Commitment to Women Empowerment

At Utkal Mahila Seva Sanstha, women empowerment is not just a mission—it is a commitment rooted in action, unity, and purpose. We believe that empowering women with education, confidence, and opportunities leads to stronger families and a more inclusive society.

Our organization works to uplift women socially, culturally, and economically by creating platforms for learning, leadership, and self-reliance. Through awareness programs, cultural initiatives, skill development activities, and community engagement, we encourage women to discover their strengths and take an active role in shaping their future.
We are committed to preserving identity, promoting dignity, and nurturing confidence among women, enabling them to become independent, responsible, and empowered contributors to society.
Together, we strive to create a world where every woman is respected, empowered, and inspired to lead positive change.

Lalru / February 3 (Chanderpal Attri):
A free dental check-up camp was organized today in Village Bassi, which falls under the Municipal Council Lalru, by the NGO Utkal Mahila Seva Sanstha, Derabassi (Punjab). During the camp, BDS Dr. Amandeep Singh Chhatwal, with the support of his team members Lovleen and Saurav, examined the teeth of people who attended the camp.
During the camp, the NGO President Linu Nayak informed that the organization is actively working to spread awareness about dental care by visiting villages. She stated that in the camp organized at Village Bassi, around 60 people underwent dental check-ups, and they were also educated about proper dental hygiene and care.
The doctor advised that everyone should clean their teeth before going to bed at night, as this significantly reduces the chances of tooth decay (cavities).
On this occasion, NGO Secretary Jacqueline Rai, Treasurer Veena Kumar, and Advisor Parveen were also present.
